Bondi Sands Self Tanning Foam: Review

I am one of them girls that puts tan on whatever the day, doesn't matter if it's raining, the sun is shining, I'm staying in or going out, I apply that tan to my pale skin. My girls always laugh at how much Cocoa Brown tan I have on my dressing table but I'm always the first person they come to if you need a little glow in their life....I've got your back ladies, don't worry MWAH!

Although Cocoa Brown tan has been my go to tan for a while now, I thought I would get my hands on some of the Bondi Sands tan everybody seems to be loving at the minute. ASOS had 20% off everything a few weeks ago, making the tan £11.99 instead of £14.99 so I just couldn't resist. I know what you're thinking, a little on the pricey compared to Cocoa Brown but I always think, if it's not over St Tropez prices than it isn't too bad. I used to wear that stuff all the time and I soon give up on it because of how much I was going through..poor bank account couldn't take it.

Bondi Sands have a range of fake tanning products but I went for the developing foam in 'dark'  as it is the formula I would normally use and I love the 'dark' tan look.

Before apply the foam onto my skin, I moisturised my whole body using the Soap&Glory Body Milk, just so the tan went on alot smoother and didn't gather around my knees, ankles and elbows. After the moisturiser had all soaked in to my body, I used a tanning mitt to cover my whole body in tan, of course I got somebody to do my back as I STILL haven't mastered that skill just yet. To be honest I don't think I ever will...please let me know your tricks if you have though :)

The instructions on the bottle does advise leaving the tan onto your skin for up to 6 hours for the tan to develop, however I always leave mine overnight. I suppose it all depends on your lifestyle and how it fits into your routine but I would definitely say try to leave it on for the full 6 hours. I did use the 'dark' foam, however you can buy the foam in a light - medium colour.

I was literally over the moon with the results as you can see from my 'before and after' pictures the tan looks very fresh and natural. I have had this tan on for over a week now and it's just starting to come off. The one thing I do have to mention about this tan is the smell, it doesn't give off that horrible biscuityyy smell, it is so fresh and coconutyyy...honestly soooo dreamy :)

If you are wanting to pick up some tan to try yourself, I know you can purchase the range from ASOS, Superdrug and Boots. Superdrug have got money off all the Bondi Sands products at the minute so goooo buy, buy buyyyy! I promise you won't be disappointed!

Thank you so much for reading.

If you do try any of the Bondi Sands products, do comment below and let me know how you got on. I would love to hear from you.

Lots of love
